To help investors and landlords rent their properties Lafferty and Partners have created a Guaranteed Rental Programme which has been specifically created to help our landlords achieve the best possible rental income as quickly as possible, minimising any void periods and maximising rental returns.
We have a range of packages available that can include a guaranteed rental income from 1 year to 5 years.
We can introduce our landlords to a guaranteed rental scheme which provides a Guaranteed Rental Income for up to 5 years even if the property is vacant!
